Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and STRATEGIC CHANGE CONSULTING SERVICES LTD ("Shiftwise") and govern your use of strchaconser.shop and the subscription service. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them.

Shiftwise is an online-only digital tool that generates draft organizational change plans, visuals and change-story scripts from information you provide. It produces drafts and communication material to help you plan. It is a software subscription, not a consultancy engagement, and delivers no physical goods or on-site services.

Shiftwise does not provide professional management consulting, legal, HR, financial or medical advice, and does not guarantee outcomes. Generated content is a starting point you must review and adapt.

Any decision involving employment law, redundancy, dismissal, pay, industrial relations, discrimination or data-protection compliance must be checked with a qualified lawyer or HR professional. You are responsible for how you use the output.

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. The service is not for anyone under 13; users aged 13–17 need verifiable parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans (Lead and Program) are billed in USD monthly or yearly through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly project allowances reset each period and do not roll over; they are usage allowances, not stored credits, balances or withdrawable value. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use it to plan unlawful discrimination, retaliation, circumvention of legally required consultation, or to produce misleading external statements.

You keep ownership of what you enter and, as between us, the outputs generated for you, subject to our Content License. We keep all rights in the Shiftwise software, brand and templates. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may update or modify features. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on generated drafts. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach. Sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
