Cancel anytime and keep access to the end of your paid period. Here's how refunds and cancellations work for our digital subscription.
01Summary
Shiftwise is a digital subscription billed in USD. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. This policy explains cancellations, refunds and how to reach us.
02Cancelling
Cancel from your account billing settings or by emailing support@strchaconser.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; monthly or annual allowances are not refunded pro-rata once the period has started.
03Refunds
Because plans unlock digital generation immediately, fees for a started billing period are generally non-refundable. We will, however, provide a refund where required by law, or at our discretion in cases such as:
- a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge;
- a technical fault on our side that prevented you from using a paid plan and that we could not resolve promptly;
- a charge after a valid, timely cancellation.
04If a result isn't right
If a generated plan or visual is not usable, regenerate it or adjust your inputs first — most issues are resolved that way. If something still looks wrong, contact support and we'll help. Dissatisfaction with a draft's creative direction is not by itself a basis for a refund, since output is a starting point you refine.
05Statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection or cancellation rights available to you under the law of your country of residence. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
06How to request a refund
Email support@strchaconser.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds to your original payment method.
