Content License

You keep all ownership of the descriptions, information and materials you enter into Shiftwise. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that input solely to operate the service and generate your results — nothing more.

We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI models. Inputs are cached only as long as needed to generate output and are then cleared from working memory.

As between you and us, you own the change plans, visuals, change-story scripts and Change Pack exports generated for you, and you may use them for your internal and external communication. Because outputs are AI-generated drafts, they may resemble content generated for others and may not be eligible for exclusive rights in every jurisdiction.

You are responsible for reviewing output before use and for ensuring your input and use comply with law and our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not enter employees' sensitive personal data or third-party confidential information without a lawful basis and the right to do so.

The Shiftwise software, brand, interface, templates and underlying methodology remain our property. This licence does not transfer any rights in them to you.
