Last updated: July 14, 2026 · STRATEGIC CHANGE CONSULTING SERVICES LTD

Change affects real people. These rules keep Shiftwise used for fair, lawful, transparent planning — never to disguise or enable unfair treatment.

01Our intent

Shiftwise helps teams plan change in a fair, transparent way. This policy sets the limits on how you may use it. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or termination.

02You must not use the service to

  • plan or facilitate unlawful discrimination, harassment or retaliation against employees or any group;
  • design ways to circumvent legally required consultation, notice or negotiation processes (for example collective redundancy consultation);
  • produce misleading, deceptive or false external or internal statements;
  • target individuals for detrimental treatment, or disguise unlawful decisions as change management;
  • infringe intellectual property, or impersonate third-party brands, people, teams or platforms;
  • upload malware, attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, or overload the service;
  • process employees' sensitive personal data without a lawful basis, or in breach of privacy law.

03Your responsibility

Output is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it and for any decision you take. For anything touching employment law, redundancy, pay, discipline or compliance, seek qualified legal or HR advice before acting.
